Wet burrito casserole

This is one that's been sitting in my cookbook (compliments of my mother) for quite a while and I decided to make it tonight.

Wet Burrito Casserole
16oz sour cream
1 can cream of mushroom
1lb hamburger
1 onion
1 green pepper
1 package taco seasoning
1 16oz can refried beans
1/2 cup salsa
Tortilla shells
1 cup shredded cheese

Mix together sour cream and cream of mushroom. Pour half of mixture into a 9x13 pan. Fry hamburger with onion and green pepper. Drain and return to pan. Add taco seasoning, refried beans and salsa. Warm over medium heat until heated through, just a couple minutes. Warm up tortilla shells so they won't break while you're rolling them. Fill the shells and place them in the pan. I used small shells and they fit nicely into the pan I used.
Pour remaining sour cream mixture over the top of your burritos. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.

I didn't get a picture of the finishes product because it went from the oven to my husbands plate in a quick minute. :) But it was still as yummy as I remember it.
