This Year

This year. EEK!
I get my husband back from Iraq very soon. I'm so excited, it has definitely been a long year for the two of us. He gets to meet our daughter for the first time, which I'm more excited about than seeing him myself. She is absolutely going to melt his heart. I really can't imagine being in his shoes. He said to me one day "I can hear her (on the phone) and I can see pictures, but I can't hold her in my arms and it's killing me" I can't begin to understand how that feels. I just do the best I can by flooding him with pictures and videos of her absolute cuteness, and remind myself that out day will come.

Come June we will be picking up out feet from Kansas and be Moving to Georgia! =D That I am super excited about. I lived in Georgia for a short period of time and I absolutely loved it. Kansas is horrid, and I'll be glad to get away from there.

So after the first half of this year, I'm hoping to get in some awesome family time. Time for us to bond as a family. (Spending lots of time on the beach. WOOHOO) I suppose that's all for now. This just popped my blogger cherry :) Many more hopefully, to come.
